No petition signed vs Victorias Milling

BACOLOD CITY: Several residents of Barangay Purisima, Manapla in Negros Occidental said they were tricked by some groups to sign an attendance paper that was used in a petition opposing the operation of a distillery plant owned by Victorias Milling Co. Distillery (VMC).
