Celebrating its 16th founding anniversary, the University of Santo Tomas (UST)-Alfredo M. Velayo College of Accountancy opened the event with the 15th Washington Sycip Lecture on “The Accountants’ Role in the Revival of the National and Global Economy.”

Delivered by Department of Finance Assistant Secretary Atty. Dakila Elteen Napao on November 5 via Zoom, the lecture presented the government’s programs and initiatives in combatting the impact of Covid-19 pandemic to the economy.
