A Japanese cement manufacturer is set to construct a P15-billion production facility in Cebu province to boost its market share in the Philippines, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) said on Wednesday.
In a statement, the DTI said Taiheiyo Cement Corp.’s project would include a state-of-the-art facility employing novel and advanced technologies from developers in Europe and other leading global technology providers.
