A victim of intrigues by fellow OFWs

AN overseas Filipino worker (OFW), Florello Abella, is in prison in Saudi Arabia after the school, where he graduated engineering from, denied that he was an alumnus.

The Saudi Council of Engineers checked with the Rizal Technological University (RTU) in Mandaluyong and happened to talk with the stupid registrar.
