Sinas named PNP chief

President Rodrigo Duterte has named National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief MGen. Debold Sinas as the next Philippine National Police (PNP) chief.

Sinas will take over effective today, November 10, from Gen. Camilo Cascolan, who will retire on the same day.
