THE National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) — led by its Chairman Arsenio “Nick” Lizaso, Executive Director Al Ryan Alejandre, Deputy Executive Director Marichu Tellano, and Supervising Officer for Administration Bernan Joseph Corpuz — announces the Call for Nominations for the Gawad sa Manlilikha ng Bayan (Gamaba).
Through the Gamaba Executive Council, the NCCA conducts the search for the finest traditional artists of the country, adopts programs that ensure the transfer of their skills to others, and undertakes measures to promote a genuine appreciation of and still pride among our people about the genius of the Manlilikha ng Bayan.
