‘Quinta’, ‘Rolly’ leave P5-B agri damage

AGRICULTURAL damage and losses caused by Typhoon “Quinta” (international name: “Molave”) and Super Typhoon “Rolly” (“Goni”) reached P4.56 billion, data from the Department of Agriculture (DA) showed.
