Stock exchange elects four new directors

THE Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) announced on Monday the addition of four members to its board of directors, consisting of two new independent directors, a sectoral representative and a broker-director.

In a statement, the PSE said shareholders elected the new directors during the company’s virtual stockholders meeting on Monday.
