Is the VAPP worth it?

So much has happened since we first heard of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and its end is still unclear. In many countries, it continues to spread uncontrollably, leading to massive economic and social disruption. Governments around the world are doing what they can to combat the disease and, at the same time, save their economies.

For its part, the Philippine government has devised various programs to cushion the impact of this health crisis on Filipinos and to answer the needs of heavily affected industries. There is no doubt that extraordinary measures are required to meet the funding requirements of this extraordinary time.
