Authorities on Tuesday reported that four persons drowned, 13 were missing and three were injured at the height of Typhoon “Quinta” (international name: “Molave”).
The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) had boasted of “zero casualty” on Monday, when the typhoon battered several parts of the country, especially Southern Luzon.
