A key suspect in the kidnapping of a 64-year old Filipino-American farmer was arrested in Zamboanga City, the Philippine National Police (PNP) reported on Wednesday.
Based on the report of the Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG), its chief BGen. Jonel Estomo, identified the suspect as Anerson Tungayao, a resident of Barangay Tapanayan, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte.
