Voting by mail for elderly, disabled pushed

SEN. Maria Imelda Josefa Marcos wants senior citizens, pregnant women, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and indigenous people (IP) to vote via mail during a pandemic and other national crises.

The senator filed on October 5 Senate Bill (SB) 1870 providing for a system of postal voting.
