THE local government unit of Pangasinan, headed by Gov. Amado Espino 3rd has launched the two-pronged program ”Abig Pangasinan” to address urgent concerns caused by the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic through the promotion of good health (abig laman) and good life (abig bilay).
