AT least 13 persons — 12 in Catanduanes and one in Batangas — were reported missing after typhoon Quinta battered southern Luzon, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Monday.
NDRRMC spokesman Mark Timbal said the 12 missing in Catanduanes were all fishermen.
