Justices decry court ‘coddling’ of Leonen

Several justices and judges deplored the harsh punishment meted out to a Court of Appeals magistrate for inefficiency while Supreme Court Justice Marvic Mario Victor Leonen got away even if he had been “sleeping on the job.”
