TONS of imported domestic waste materials have been intercepted by the Bureau of Customs (BoC) authorities at the Port of Clark.
In a report to Customs Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero, BoC-Subic reported that the waste materials were seen exiting the Subic Bay International Terminal Corp. on October 21.
