‘Only P4.4B released under Bayanihan 2’

Funds released under Republic Act (RA) 11494, or the “Bayanihan to Recover as One Act” (Bayanihan 2), only amounted to less than P4.5 billion, according to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
