PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte wants the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) to continue testing the public for coronavirus disease (Covid-19), his spokesman told a press briefing on Tuesday.
Secretary Harry Roque Jr. reiterated the President's wish, as he disclosed that the government will settle as soon as possible at least 50 percent of the P930-million debt the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) owes the PRC while the rest would be paid “within reasonable time”.
