Former Comelec chairman Melo dies

Former Commission on Elections (Comelec) chairman and retired Supreme Court Associate Justice Jose Armando Melo died on Sunday. He was 88.

Melo’s death was confirmed to The Manila Times by the Association of the Retired Justices of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
