THE Supreme Court has granted the petition of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) for a single court that will exclusively handle all Dengvaxia cases, its chief, Persida Rueda-Acosta announced on Friday.
Acosta, in a press conference at PAO headquarters, expressed elation over the decision of the high tribunal designating a family court, a Regional Trial Court, in Quezon City that will hear all Dengvaxia cases.
