I WAS all set to run to-day my analysis of the dramatic events at the House of Representatives, which marked the fall of Alan Peter Cayetano as speaker and the election of Lord Allan Velasco in his place. The upheaval ached for comment because I have long deplored Cayetano’s shameless devaluation of our public life, and it looked fitting that he should crash on the faustian bargain that he forced on the House.
