Duterte to meet Cayetano, Velasco before special session on 2021 budget

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte will meet with speakership rivals Alan Peter Cayetano and Lord Allan Velasco in Malacañang today, hours before the start of the special sessions on the proposed 2021 budget.
