PayMaya, Ipophl partner to expand online payment

The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (Ipophl) recently signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with PayMaya in a bid to enable more Filipinos to protect their intellectual property assets in safer and more convenient ways.

In a statement on Monday, Ipophl said the MOA, which was signed by Director General Rowel Barba and PayMaya founder and Chief Executive Officer Orlando Vea, expands the agency's payment gateways for new trademark applications, new patent applications and post-registration compliance requirements, among others.
