CAMP MELHOR F DELA CRUZ, Gamu, Isabela: In a move to help student-dependents of soldiers, the Philippine Army’s 5th Infantry Division (ID) in Barangay Upi here launched a fast internet connection facility for their online classes inside the military camp.
Maj. Jekyll Julian Dulawan, 5th ID public affairs acting chief, said the project was made possible with the establishment of a camp-based e-Learning Center to optimize learning through enhanced network.
