After Duterte’s warning, Cayetano vows timely passage of national budget

SPEAKER Alan Peter Cayetano assured the timely passage of the 2021 General Appropriations Bill shortly after President Rodrigo Duterte warned Congress to resolve the impasse amid the speakership squabble.
