THE Iloilo Regional Trial Court (RTC) 24 has ruled that Panay Electric Co. (PECO) should turn over additional assets considered as part of the power distribution of the city and did not belong to the company.

In a 22-page decision issued on September 24, RTC Judge Nestle Go granted the motion of MORE Power Corp., the new power distribution firm, to include the following assets: PECO’s business building office, elevator and parking lot on General Luna Street, Iloilo City proper; a 769-square-meter lot at General Hughes Street; a 2,401-square$meter lot used as pole stockyard at Diversion Road, San Rafael, Mandurriao; and two guest/staff houses and semi-concrete canteen also at General Luna Street.
