SENATE President Vicente Sotto 3rd on Thursday slammed Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano for having “the nerve” to pass the blame on the Senate if the proposed P4.5 trillion national budget for 2021 fails to get congressional approval before the year ends.

In a tweet posted on his Twitter account on Thursday, Sotto said: “The nerve! Passing the blame, it’s unacceptable!”
