Listed First Gen. Corp. and Japan’s Tokyo Gas Co. Ltd. have signed a deal on the development of a long-planned liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Batangas City, Batangas province.

The Lopez-led firm said in a disclosure on Wednesday that it and Tokyo Gas signed a joint cooperation agreement (JCA) that represented the next phase of their joint development of an interim offshore LNG terminal.
