524 PA enlisted men promoted amid Covid

CAMP MELCHOR F DELA CRUZ, Gamu, Isabela: A total of 524 enlisted personnel (EP) of the Philippine Army’s (PA) 5th Infantry Division (5th ID) here have been promoted and awarded their new rank.
