Duterte backs Velasco in speakership race

President Rodrigo Duterte told Marinduque Rep. Lord Allan Velasco to insist on his right to become speaker of the House of Representatives based on the term-sharing agreement forged with Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano, Malacañang said on Tuesday.
