THE Supreme Court was urged to penalize representatives of the United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) and the Asset Pool A (SPV-AMC) for filing numerous appeals to revive a case that was resolved and terminated in 2017.
The petitioner, Felix Chua, urged the high court to “discipline UCPB, represented by its Officer in Charge Ludivino S. Geron, Atty. Ismael Andrew P. Isip Asset Pool A, represented by its President Siu Hung Hung, and Atty. Hortensio G. Domingo” for filing an appeal for the fourth time.
