THE Quezon City government has launched a new portal that will enable online processing of business permits and encourage more entrepreneurs to operate in the city, Mayor Josefina 'Joy' Belmonte said on Saturday.

“We are optimistic that this change in the way we process and issue permits will help us gain the trust of entrepreneurs to do business in the city,” she said.
