Using minced meat in our day to day cooking has always been an economical and practical choice. I would not know of any household who do not include this in their weekend grocery or market run for next week’s meal planning.
Growing up, I was exposed to the giniling-based dishes of my mom: stir fried/braised versions include picadillo, omelet and spaghetti sauce; burger steak; embutido; and chicken loaf dishes.
