A kush marijuana discovery in Manila has led to the arrest of a man in Cebu City while claiming the P1.5 million illegal stuff on Wednesday.
The parcel, which arrived at the FedEx warehouse in Manila on Sept. 18, 2020 from Spain, was transported by the Bureau of Customs - Ninoy Aquino International Airport (BoC-NAIA) to Cebu City through joint controlled delivery operations with the BoC and Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency (PDEA) operatives in Region 7.
