Udenna eyes takeover of Malampaya facility

THE Udenna Group led by Dennis Uy has divulged its plan to fully take over the $4.5-billion Malampaya natural gas facility in offshore Palawan.

Not only that, Udenna wants to bring along PNOC Exploration Corp. (PNOC EC) in acquiring the entire interest in the Malampaya deep-water gas-to-power project.
