SOUTH COTABATO Gov. Reynaldo Tamayo Jr. is allegedly delaying the turnover of the Allah Valley Community Hospital in the town of Surallah to the Department of Health (DoH) for political reasons, apparently hampering the government’s fight against coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
