Duterte affirms PH sea victory

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte strongly affirmed the country’s arbitral win against China in the West Philippine Sea dispute before the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), saying the country rejects any attempt to undermine the ruling.
