A college in Cauayan City in Isabela is being asked to explain after one of their students, who attended their face-to-face orientation, contracted the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
In a statement released on Wednesday, the Commission of Higher Education (CHEd) said it had completed its fact-finding report and would issue a show cause order to Isabela Colleges Inc. for allegedly violating the guidelines of CHEd and the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).
