Morales, PhilHealth execs face graft raps

President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the recommendation of a task force to file criminal and administrative charges against former Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) president and chief executive officer Ricardo Morales and other officials of the agency.
