PLDT Inc. sees its tower rollout efforts gaining momentum after the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) ordered the permitting process cut as part of state efforts to increase the coverage of telecommunications services in the country.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Pangilinan-led telecommunications giant said it had secured 211 building and preconstruction permits after ARTA issued in August a memorandum circular to shorten the processing of permits.
