United States Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton was flown out of the country by a US military plane following his release from prison on Sunday.
Pemberton, who spent almost six years in jail for killing Filipino transgender woman Jennifer Laude in 2014, boarded a C-130 Hercules at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) at 9:14 a.m.
