Duterte signs Bayanihan 2

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte signed on Friday the P165-billion Bayanihan to Recover As One bill, or Bayanihan 2, which allows him to realign funds to further improve the country’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.
