A member of the Gaisano family sought the assistance of the Department of Justice (DoJ), through the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), in tracking down the primary suspect in a pending multi-billion investment scam case
In a letter, dated September 7, to NBI Director Eric Castor, the victim, Valerie Gaisano-Sebastian, sought the bureau's help after receiving information that suspect Wong Chung Yin, alias David Wong, is hiding in Taiwan.
