M Lhuillier, in partnership with Filipino financial technology company Starpay, has created a faster, safer, and more convenient way for beneficiaries to claim their stipends from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
Qualified beneficiaries of the second tranche of the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) from Regions I, II, CAR, III, NCR, IV-A, IV-B, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, and XIII can now claim their emergency cash subsidies through any M Lhuillier branch nationwide. Over half a million beneficiaries, who received their reference number through Starpay, have already claimed their cash aid through M Lhuillier.
