BACOLOD CITY: The provincial government of Negros Occidental has declared a moratorium on incoming or arriving locally stranded individuals (LSIs) until September 7.
Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson on Monday signed an executive order (EO) extending modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) over Negros Occidental until September 15.
