The acting chief of the scandal-ridden Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) has vowed to cooperate with authorities on all the investigations that are being conducted, which he believes will “ferret out the truth.”
Arnel de Jesus, who currently sits as its executive vice president and chief operating officer, has been appointed by the PhilHealth board as the acting president and chief executive officer after the resignation of Ricardo Morales last Wednesday.
