PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship and Go Negosyo founder Jose Maria “Joey” Concepcion 3rd, along with ARK PCR Chief Private Implementor Rep. Janette Garin, has signed an agreement with the municipal leaders of Southern Iloilo to roll out pool testing for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the province.

Present during the virtual signing of the memorandum of agreement were Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello 3rd, Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. ARK Project Lead Josephine Romero, Vice Gov. Christine Garin, and mayors Carina Flores of Oton, Suzette Alquisada of Tigbauan, Oscar Garin Sr. of Guimbal, Roquito Tacsagon of Tubungan, Jaime Esmeralda of Igbaras, Macario Napulan of Miag-ao, and Ninfa Garin of San Joaquin.
