Phoenix Petroleum lists P3.1-B papers

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. has listed its short-term commercial papers worth P3.083 billion on the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. (PDEx).

In a statement on Thursday, the PDEx said the Dennis Uy-led oil company’s Series D papers carried a 5-percent discount rate per annum and a tenor of 332 days.
