Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd has welcomed the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) newly approved $300-million policy-based loan to the Philippines, highlighting its importance to the financial inclusion agenda of the government.
“We welcome this development and thank the ADB for being a dependable partner in these challenging times,” Dominguez told The Manila Times in a Viber message.
