Wearing of face mask, shield mandatory

THE Department of Labor and Employment and the Department of Trade and Industry have come out with supplemental guidelines on preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus in workplaces.

MUST WEAR THEM A face mask and a face shield will now be part of a worker’s outfit. The directive to wear the combo took effect four days ago on Aug. 15, 2020. PHOTO BY RENE DILAN
